Job Description:

Join AKG as a Finance Manager

Lead financial reporting and analysis within a dynamic Human Resources environment in Singapore. At AKG, you’ll drive accurate financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite to enhance financial operations and ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience and skills in the following areas:
  • 6 to 11 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in financial reporting and management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Accounting, and General Ledger (GL) processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and month-end close procedures.
  • Familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication, Excel, and leadership skills to guide finance teams effectively.
